THIS INTERGRATED APPROACH WILL UTILIZE YOUR MUSCLES TO THEIR FULLEST POTENTIAL. RESISTANCE TRAINING WILL HELP DECREASE BODY FAT AND LOSE INCHES - BECAUSE INCREASING THE AMOUNT OF MUSCLE TISSUE RAISES YOUR METABOLISM. MUSCLE TISSUE IS MUCH MORE METABOLICALLY ACTIVE THAN FAT TISSUE; IT BURNS 25% MORE CALORIES THAN FAT TISSUE.
